The activities

Our project proposes a programme that addresses the personal development of VET students, focusing especially on building their motivation for participating in society and contributing to the labour market, increasing their confidence as employees, entrepreneurs or citizens while enhancing employability skills using entrepreneurship as an activator for interest and ICT based strategies to get in touch with educators and society.

The staff participating in the training and in the project will follow the “learning by involvement” methodology, which means we are intending to make them sustainable, cooperative and aligned in not only the theoretical part of the project but in the practical. After that, we will be able to transfer our mindset to the project itself.

They will also monitor the impact of the application of the project outputs on their learners in order to make its application sustainable at the regional/national level after the project completion. The training will offer the partners the chance to align and create a common language and most importantly coaching/mentoring skills that are basically going to use throughout the project. The training will make sure the youth workers and trainers will receive the information needed to support digital natives in their personal development program in mastering wider digital life skills.

Short staff training is dedicated to the partners’ educators that are going to create and test R3. C1 participants will be 18 VET educators from the partners’ organization or coming from the partners’ key local stakeholders, to ensure the diffusion and early transfer of the products prepared. The learning programme will be conceived to be adaptable to the learning needs of the target group, with no prejudice to the overall educational quality. The language of the mobility will be English, consistent with the international nature of the activity itself.
